cool it Isoliersysteme GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “we”) respects your privacy. That is why we take the protection of your personal data very seriously, such as your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.

This data protection notice regulates the collection, processing and use (hereinafter collectively referred to as “processing”) of your personal data protection law, insofar as this occurs when using our website. We handle this data while strictly complying with the relevant legal data protection regulations and the following principles.

We observe the principle of data avoidance and data economy. This means that we process as little personal data as possible.

We will only collect, process and use personal data that you use as part of general communication with us (e.g. enquiries about our products through our on-line contact form outside of a contractual or quasi-contractual customer relationship) for the purposes of this communication. You are also entitled to the aforementioned right of revocation in this regard.

 

3. Automatically-generated data

Personal data may be automatically processed as part of using our web pages. In particular, this includes the name of your provider, your IP address, the type of your browser and your operating system as well as the websites visited, including any search words and the websites from which you visit us on the Internet. The processing occurs anonymously in all of the cases mentioned, i.e. it is impossible to assign data to your person (= personal data).

We use cookies on our websites to analyse user behaviour and to improve our services on the websites for you. The cookies are not used to personally identify the individual users of our websites.
